In2itive Biz Solutions is looking for a Website & Funnel Designer who understands that a beautiful website is only useful if it also makes sense, works properly, and helps move people toward the right next step.
We are looking for someone who can combine design, user experience, conversion thinking, technical accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
You will work across a variety of client industries, offers, platforms, and business models. Some projects may involve full websites. Others may involve landing pages, lead-generation funnels, sales pages, opt-in pages, booking flows, or updates to an existing site.
The right person will be comfortable thinking beyond appearance and asking:
What is this page supposed to do?
You will help design and build websites that are visually strong, easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, and aligned with the client's brand and business goals.
Your work may include:
Full website builds
Website redesigns
Service pages
Landing pages
Sales pages
Lead-generation pages
Booking pages
Thank-you pages
Resource pages
Blog layouts
Contact pages
Basic website updates and maintenance
A website should not simply look polished.
It should guide the visitor clearly toward the next action.
You will create and support marketing funnels designed around specific goals, such as:
Lead generation
Appointment booking
Webinar registration
Event registration
Downloadable resources
Email list growth
Product or service sales
Course enrollment
Nurture sequences
Consultation requests
You should understand how the pieces of a funnel work together.
That includes thinking about:
Traffic → Landing Page → Form → Automation → Follow-Up → Conversion
A pretty landing page with a broken form is not a successful funnel.
We do not expect you to magically guarantee conversion rates.
We do expect you to think about conversion.
That means considering things such as:
Clear messaging
Strong calls to action
Page hierarchy
User experience
Mobile usability
Form length
Trust signals
Testimonials
Social proof
Page speed
Friction in the customer journey
Whether the offer and next step are actually clear
Your job is not simply to make something attractive.
Your job is to help make it effective.
AI is part of how we work.
You may use AI tools to assist with:
Wireframes
Page structure
Headline ideas
Content organization
Copy drafts
SEO research
FAQ creation
Troubleshooting
Code assistance
Content repurposing
Testing ideas
However, AI-generated work must still be reviewed carefully.
You are responsible for checking whether the output is accurate, useful, aligned with the client's brand, and appropriate for the project.
AI can speed up the work.
It cannot replace judgment.
Depending on the client and project, you may work with platforms such as:
WordPress - Divi is the Wordpress theme we use. We do NOT use other themes, unless we are maintaining a previously developed site.
GoHighLevel / HighLevel
Squarespace
Wix
Shopify
Other page builders and website platforms as needed
You do not necessarily need to be an expert in every platform on day one.
You do need to be technically comfortable, willing to learn, and honest about your actual experience.
Every website and funnel must work well on mobile devices.
You will be expected to check:
Desktop
Tablet
Mobile
And make sure that:
Text is readable
Buttons are usable
Forms work properly
Sections stack correctly
Images display correctly
Nothing overlaps
Nothing disappears
Navigation works
Pages still make sense on smaller screens
A site is not finished simply because it looks good on your laptop.
Before a website, landing page, or funnel is considered complete, you will be expected to test it thoroughly.
That may include:
Forms
Buttons
Links
Calendars
Automations
Email notifications
Thank-you pages
Mobile responsiveness
Tracking codes
Navigation
Redirects
Pop-ups
Integrations
Checkout processes
Basic SEO settings
We strongly believe in:
Build it. Test it. Test it again.
You will often be working within existing brand guidelines.
That may include:
Fonts
Colors
Photography style
Voice
Layout preferences
Logos
Design systems
Existing website elements
You should be able to work creatively without turning every project into your personal design style.
The website belongs to the client.
In many cases, you will receive a strategy, wireframe, content outline, or direction from the project lead.
You should be able to take that strategy and translate it into a polished final product.
You should also be comfortable raising questions when something does not make sense.
We want people who think.
If you see a usability issue, broken logic, missing call to action, or better approach, speak up.
The right person will be:
Strong in website and landing-page design
Comfortable building funnels
Comfortable with page builders and CMS platforms
Detail-oriented
Able to follow brand guidelines
Strong in layout and visual hierarchy
Comfortable working with forms and integrations
Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
Comfortable testing across devices
Able to think about user experience
Familiar with conversion principles
Comfortable working with AI tools
Organized and able to manage deadlines
Comfortable handling revisions
Able to work independently
Willing to ask questions rather than guess
Honest about their technical abilities
Able to document what they have done
Bonus skills may include:
Basic HTML/CSS
Basic JavaScript
SEO knowledge
CRM integrations
Automation setup
Email marketing
E-commerce
Analytics and tracking
Accessibility best practices
Speed optimization
This is not a role where you simply make a homepage look attractive and move on.
It is not a role where testing is someone else's problem.
It is not a role where you install twenty plugins because you do not know what they do.
And it is not a role where every project should look exactly like your portfolio.
We are looking for someone who can combine:
Design + Function + Strategy + Conversion + Technical Accuracy
At In2itive Biz Solutions, we are all humans living this existence and doing our best for our clients.
We do not expect perfection.
We do expect honesty, communication, accountability, curiosity, professionalism, and genuine effort.
Our clients trust us with their businesses, websites, customer data, marketing systems, and reputations.
We take that seriously.
We expect you to do your best for the client and to represent your abilities honestly.
If you do not know how to do something, tell us.
If you break something, tell us.
If something looks wrong, test it.
If you see a better way to do something, speak up.
If you need help, ask.
We would much rather solve a problem together than discover later that someone was afraid to admit they were unsure.
The first step is to submit an application.
We review applications and respond as we are able to schedule interviews with candidates who appear to be a strong potential fit.
Our hiring process may include:
Application review
Video interview
Portfolio review
Website or funnel critique
Skills quizzes
Technical assessments
Troubleshooting exercises
Paid test assignments
These steps help us understand your actual skill level and how you approach real-world work.
We are interested in more than whether you can make something look good.
We want to see how you think, troubleshoot, follow instructions, test your work, and solve problems.
A portfolio shows us what you have created.
We also want to understand how you created it.
If you enjoy building websites and funnels that are attractive, functional, thoughtful, and designed around real business goals, we would love to hear from you.
