Thank you for your interest in working with In2itive Biz Solutions.
We are always interested in meeting talented, thoughtful people who take pride in their work and care deeply about doing right by clients.
Our hiring process begins with an application. Once your application is submitted, our team will review it and respond as we are able to schedule interviews. Because we take the time to evaluate applicants carefully, response times may vary.
Depending on the role, our interview and evaluation process may include conversations with members of our team, skills quizzes, practical exercises, portfolio reviews, and paid test assignments. These steps help us understand not only what you know, but how you think, communicate, solve problems, follow instructions, and approach real client work.
A resume can tell us where you have worked. We want to understand how you work.
Our company culture is a little different.
We are humans working with other humans.
We have families, responsibilities, good days, difficult days, different personalities, and different ways of approaching problems. We do not expect perfection. We do expect professionalism, communication, accountability, kindness, and genuine effort.
At the end of the day, our clients are trusting us with their businesses, their money, their reputations, and often something they have spent years building.
We take that responsibility seriously.
We expect every person on our team to do their best for our clients, to communicate when something is unclear, to ask for help when it is needed, and to represent their abilities honestly.
You will never be expected to know everything.
You will be expected to tell the truth about what you know.
When you work with In2itive Biz Solutions, we ask you to commit to a few simple principles.
Do not claim experience, knowledge, or expertise you do not have.
It is perfectly acceptable to say, "I don't know how to do that yet."
It is not acceptable to pretend that you do.
We can teach skills. We cannot build a healthy team without trust.
Treat client information, passwords, data, strategies, documents, conversations, and business information as confidential.
Access should only be used for legitimate work purposes, and client information should never be shared outside the team without authorization.
If you accept responsibility for a task, take ownership of it.
Meet deadlines whenever reasonably possible. Follow through. Check your work before marking something complete.
If something is going to be late or you encounter a problem, communicate early rather than hoping no one notices.
Guessing can be expensive.
If instructions are unclear, if something does not make sense, or if you believe a mistake may be occurring, speak up.
We would much rather answer a question than fix an avoidable problem later.
Everyone makes mistakes.
If you make one, tell us.
Do not hide it, delete evidence of it, blame someone else, or hope it disappears.
The faster we know about a problem, the faster we can solve it.
Clients, coworkers, contractors, vendors, and applicants should all be treated professionally and respectfully.
We can disagree without being disrespectful.
We can give feedback without being cruel.
And we can expect high standards while remembering that the person on the other side of the screen is still a human being.
You may occasionally have access to client systems, social accounts, websites, advertising platforms, financial information, CRM systems, or other sensitive business tools.
Use that access carefully.
If an action could create significant financial, legal, reputational, security, or client consequences, stop and ask before proceeding.
Do not invent statistics, results, testimonials, research, credentials, work completed, or information presented to a client.
If you use AI or other tools to assist your work, you remain responsible for checking the accuracy and quality of what you submit.
AI can help you work. It cannot replace your judgment.
Do not make commitments to clients that have not been approved.
Do not promise additional services, deadlines, discounts, refunds, guarantees, or strategic changes on behalf of the company unless you are authorized to do so.
When in doubt, escalate.
Part of working at I2B is noticing opportunities to improve.
If you find a broken process, unclear instruction, recurring problem, or better way of doing something, tell us.
We want people who help strengthen the system, not simply complete tasks inside it.
We value competence.
But we also value curiosity, integrity, reliability, resourcefulness, communication, and kindness.
You do not have to be the loudest person in the room.
You do not have to know everything.
You do not have to pretend to be perfect.
You do need to care about the quality of your work and the people your work affects.
If that sounds like the kind of environment where you would thrive, we invite you to submit an application.
We look forward to learning more about you.
